What home check services include, and what they are not intended to replace.
Scope of Services
White Mountain Home Check Services provides scheduled visual observations of a property based on a checklist agreed to with the homeowner. Findings are limited to what is visible and accessible at the time of the visit.
Not an Inspection or Security Service
Home checks are visual property observations and are not a substitute for a licensed home inspection, contractor inspection, security service, or professional diagnostic service.
Scheduling & Access
Visit frequency, access instructions, alarm codes, and authorized contacts are set out in the homeowner's service agreement. Weather, road conditions, and access issues may require rescheduling a visit.
Contractor & Vendor Coordination
With written homeowner authorization, we may provide property access to or coordinate with contractors and service providers. We do not perform licensed repair work.
